Does anyone take reflectors to weddings? If so, what color(s) and when do you find yourself using them? Only with portraits of the B&G? Mostly indoors or outdoors? Thanks in advance!

He used a gold reflector when needed and it really seemed to light our faces nicely. I really want to get one. He said it's good to have gold on one side and silver on the other (for very bright days) - Joanna

I use a tri-grip with a silver/gold (it's not a real silver/gold, but more soft silver and a paler gold) and I have a large diffuser screen, which works both as a diffuser and a white reflector. It's cumbersome so I need an assistant to hold it. But it's great if I can't find open shade. /Petra Hall

I don't use it enough for my taste as I know it can enhance the lighting significantly. When I use it, it is mostly for couple shots during the formals. Sebastien

I have been reading a lot about how the different reflectors change the colors, and I think they'll be helpful. I will get some eventually, but I'm working on some Alienbees and the 70-200L IS so it'll be a bit. *Gear: 5D Mark II, 2 5D's, 30D, 85mm 1.8, 50mm 1.4, 24mmL 1.4, 45mm TS-E, 16-35mmL 2.8 II, 70-200L 2.8 IS, 100mm 2.8 macro, 15mm 2.8 fisheye, 580EXII, 580EX, 430EX, AB 800, AB Ring flash, lots of PW's, stands, umbrellas, etc.
