Hi. First attempt with a 400d and 70-200 f4 bought last week. Feel free to tear apart...but I had a lot of fun!:)

What program are you using when post processing? I ask because it seems that it isn't really a tight crop (still lots of pixels) but it looks as if you opened and edited that JPEG about 20 times before posting it. I mean it's not horrid but I do notice it. Artifacting sucks.

Hi Nick, sorry, program? The key phrase is "last week" I wouldn't know how to post process if my life depended on it! I can barely get the images onto my pc, but your right, i did open this several times trying to decide whether to post this. I'm old school A1 and FD lenses, followed by too much time in a darkroom. 'Fraid you've got yourself a newbie here!
