just got back today from a week-long trip at the Grand Canyon. In all it was 30+ miles in 4 days going through Indian Gardens, Monument Creek and Hermits Creek. Many photos to come, but I'm too tired to get through all of them right now so here is one that came out of the pile first. The entire trip was shot with a Canon 5D, thanks to sjafari, paired with two lenses: my 17-40L and a 24-70L which I loaned from KevNJ. Thanks big time to the both of them.

I can't see it. Are we supposed to follow your link? Look forward to seeing some of these though!

Wow, Very lucky shot of the Condor. Not many of those around in the "right place"!

thanks for the compliments. The condor shot was taken back in August while I was visiting family in Flagstaff and went to the Canyon for an afternoon. on that day I saw at least 9 condors, but in the 6 days I was at the Canyon this past week we saw 2. they really are very elusive.

Good catch on the Condor!! Not luck but knowing where to be at the right time. The Grand Canyon is a place I love to visit. Post some more.

I have started a Grand Canyon gallery on my site: http://justin.smugmug.com/gallery/2173728 (external link). I will be adding photos as I push them through my workflow, so this gallery should continue to grow for a week or so. I do have another photo that I just added that can be seen at the links below:
