Hmmmm. Well, the less said the better really. It was, indeed, a bit on the wet side this morning.

A small splosh to start with...

the conditions made for much more interesting shots than you normally get from soccer, great series.

Just out of curiosity do they play cricket in that sort of weather? :-) Love the shot. I picked up Kata raingear so I can play in the sprinkles this year. I think #7 could get away with just a thorough hosing down!

I sent you an email.

gmen. was you looking for a Tom Finney style pic? Whenever it's bad weather I look for sliding tackles but seems I will never reproduce that one. Maybe park football is the answer to getting it:)

Good pics as per BTW :)

Blimey, I thought the pitch at Grays was bad this weekend and nearly resulted in the game being called off!!!

I guess summer officially over now!

Great pics as always!

These are great Gavin. I wish we had that stuff here. Every time it rains they postpone. I guess since this is America they need to avoid lawsuits.

Cheers Dwight... after yesterday, I've been sizing up the Aquatech gear!

Recieved your e-mail... will drop you a line tomorrow with some thoughts ;)

Thanks Kipax! I was waiting for the really spectacular 'splosh' pics.... but they never came  Unfortunately, no-one was mad or stupid enough to hurl themselves into the puddles at full tilt... maybe next time ;)

Top job in shocking conditions. Well done

With your watermark it looks like the 2 players in picture number 6 are chasing different balls.
