City has tunnles under intersection for bike and people traffic there for to let safety ride. Many resteraunts vendors and internet cafee.

Which city is this? In Xi'an we have many underground walkways, but no bikes or vehicles.

Not sure. I use family computer most time or at school when teacher friend have time.

Maybe 1-2 yuan hour.

the internet cafes in china are nice and cheap! they could be a little cleaner and most don't have very good a/c but you get what you pay for

They cold in winter like tunnles and people should wash mouses and keyboards before using. Some have real good powerful computers and cameras.
