10,000 posts in less than a year and a half. Some would say it's crazy; some would say I have no life. Both of them would be correct. All I know is that since I've joined here, I've met a host of helpful people, and learned so much about photography, it boggles my mind. I went from using auto mode only when I signed up, to almost exclusively in manual mode. I went from an XT with a kit lens, 28-135, and a 50 1.4, to a 5D, several L lenses, and a load of other equipment. It's been incredibly fun and interesting. I've had a hell of a time chatting with tons of great people like Suzy, Mark, Sari, Peter, Tom, Jake, Maureen, Dante, Jim, Don, Dan, Dan, Tommy, and many many more. I also chatted with other people, like Dave. :p

I want to thank everyone for their help, and for being such upstanding folks. :-)

It's been fun. Here's to 10,000 more. ;-)a

The real question is have you conquered 10k in equipment yet? :D.

Oh god yes. Cumulatively, I've spent probably $30k or more on gear. Just on the stuff in my sig, it's right about $10k.

BBBOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

I want to see more shout-outs then just those few names.

21.98 posts a day, not too shabby. On Corvetteforum.com I saw some dude had like 80,000 posts and his post count was 76 posts a day or something crazy.

Photographs are records of life. Pity they don't make music when you put them in a record player. :p

Ronald who?

I want you all to appreciate one thing: For every one of those 10,000 posts, there was a crew of moderators looking over his shoulder who had to read each and every one of them.

Ronald: you've made a whole lot of work for us.

Congratulations.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!
