I've used DPP 2.1 several times in the past without a problem. Now when I bring it up I get the DPP.exe has encountered a problem blah blah blah message from windows. I've uninstalled, installed, downloaded from Canon, used the CD verison...still the same problem. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Upgrade to DPP 2.2.1 - It's much more stable. I had problems with DPP 2.1 locking up or crashing when I changed folders and found it was only when i had the preferences set to add the recipies to files automatically.

It might also be choking on one of the images in the folder it starts up in. I remember DPP crashing on some files I had modified used PhotoMechanic back when I was evaluating different DAM software.
