I didn't log in for a week or two and then found that I'd been banned from Fred Miranda so I'm kinda biassed against them now. No reason was ever given and no response was ever received to my queries so as far as I'm concerned good luck to the Turkish hackers.

I agree, sometimes restarting the database can definitely speed things up. Especially if they are using MySQL.
