Joe, I think the photo is just to crowded. There is to much to look at. The wharf to the right takes your eyes away from the photo. The upper right is blown out while the center left is to dark.

Just to the right of center in the sky line. What is that white circle? It almost looks like a dodge mark from photoshop. More than likely lens flare.
