Hehe, that's what my SCA affiliated friends said (& besides general SCA-istic views of non-SCA-ers) & why they won't be going.

One can only hope that the 2 days are better than the website design.

I saw the banners on the highway for this event, and I wish I could make it but it seems there's not enough time in a weekend.

Bit of a lousy day in Sydney, intermittent rain & so on.

Maybe tomorrow will be a better day for the fair,

You wanted to join in?

Do they have a sort of mosh pit for the fans?

Broken leg... sounds like a good excuse to read every photography book and magazine at your local library. :)

Ouch. Not a good time of year to have a cast on. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

I've been to the Brissie one for the last few years running. Lots of fun and plenty to shoot, got some great shots.

Heh, no, they kept pointing out that everyone was trained in what they were doing :)

Maybe I'll join one of them (though I sometimes take Groucho Marx's point of view about a club, hehe)
