Inspired by Mannytkd's cool axe kick shot, I went along to a friend's karate class yesterday.

My first go at this, so most weren't specatular, but I was pretty happy with these. Getting the right exposure was pretty tricky and the light wasn't too flattering.

Comments and suggestions for betterment is very appreciated.

Great pictures....oh this brought back some memories when I was younger. I took Karate from age 6 to about 14 or so...great times.

I love the stance of # 2 he looks confident and ready for anything!

# 3 is another awsome one! Even though one is short and one is tell they both have the stance and technique down packed! From stiff arms to bent knees...perfect form!
