I was inspired by others here and the macro forum to try this kind of shot.

Really good shot.. How did you do it? The red cross?.. It may still be a little bit blurry but I think it's great anyway..

i wonder how it would look if the drop was elongated more, about ready to fall

Love it and the other one, Zane! I think this one is my prefered. (reds, you know. . . :))Someday I'll give the drop refractions a go. Tubes will be here in a couple weeks! wooohoo!

No PP, it is the red cross in the background seen in the water drop. The words "First Aid" were written above the cross, I did photoshop them out.

I was looking closely and there is an odd "halo" around the needle. It is not on the full size image so I guess it is a side effect of reducing it to fit here.

Zane, this is absolutely fantastic. Can't decide if I like the red or the green better.
