I have a Canon Powershot A20 and recently purchsed a Lexar Media 128MB Compact Flash Card. It worked well for the first couple of weeks now all I seem to get is an error message stating "CF Error". I can reformat the card, take a couple of pictures, but the error eventually
comes back. Sometimes it will tell me "Data Corrupted".

Has anyone else had this problem, and/or know what may be happening.

thanks,

It sounds like a bad CF card. I would try another CF card to make sure it isn't the camera.

Regards,

Hi - I just had a similar problem with my ixus - error messages and saying the card was full. Eventually found that if I formatted the cf card using the computer then formatted it again using the camera - ......... Fixed my problem.
