Saw this guy today and I can't figure out what he is. I remember him as more colorful than shows in the photos.
These aren't great shots. Mostly interested in IDing it.
Can you help me here?

I think it is a male House Finch. He is a little puffed up, probably trying to keep warm. I know the coloration is that of a Finch, but he just seemed a lot fuller and not as sleek as I see in the house finch. clivingston wrote in post #2344076 That is definately a House Finch.
