30D and metering modus ?

You have four metering modes evaluative, partial, spot and partial with center as most important.
I understand when you use spot metering.

I wonder which mode you use the most.
I concentrate on nature photography. Which metering mode fits bests for this purpose ?

i generly use spot or center weighted for "Subjects" and evaulative for scenics and landscapes. Dunno why, it just seems to be!
