Glasses Reflection ?

Does anyone know a way I can get the reflection off his glasses - I know the focus is not great but trying to see if I can save some pictures.
Any help would be appreciated by this amateur.

Greetings!

If you have Photoshop (I use CS2), you could use the clone and blur tools to get a pretty good result. I did this one real quick to show you the potential. I was a little sloppy around the lower left rim, but you get the idea. Important to sample good skin areas around the glare frequently to get a good result. The blur tool does a good job of blending the clone.

There are probably several ways to get the same result.
