Any thoughts, ideas are welcome and appreciated.

I was a little neurotic about it getting dirty by my face touching it. Now I just wipe it off with my sleeve. Suzie - Still Speaking Canonese!

It's just about the toughest material out there. I've banged my 20D around for quite a while now, and when it gets greasy or sweaty I just wipe it off with anything handy. There's not a scratch on it. Skip Douglas

I would recommend putting some clear tape over it. Not all the time, just when needed. On holiday, I kept my camea loose in my bag and when I took it out it had a deep and wide scuff mark which is really annoying because it obscures part of the image. You can probably buff out the scuff mark if it's just on the surface. I use automotive clear coat polish - available at almost any auto parts retailer including places like Wal-Mart - and a soft cloth. Rub in a small amount until it is almost dry. Then wipe off any haze with a clean portion of the cloth. This works on lots of plastics. I use it most on my plastic wristwatch crystal. Skip Douglas
