Preston Mill

Seeing a recent upload I revisited this location at the weekend, taken in raw and converted to B&w in PS elements 5

I recognise this building from somewhere...
It's an interesting B&W treatment, but I'm not sure about the grass at the front right. Has it had some sort of painting effect done to it? Compositionally though, I like the slightly further back stance than I've taken photos from, and the inclusion of the tree on the left with its overhang is a nice element.
