Pete - i live in northern ireland and I know the mournes quite well (i have driven through Silent Valley a number of times) even though I live right up near the north coast of antrim (Ballymoney). I am a beginner at photography and i've yet to take a pano but that shot just makes me wanna drive the 200 miles round trip to see if I can get a shot like that!!

did you use a pano head?


Gear- 7d, 24-70L, sigma 70-200, Sigma 120-400, canon 50 1.4, Canon 100 2.0,sigma 10-20 and a DJI Mavic Pro Drone

azpix - I don't use a pano head, no. I just swivel a regular tripod around.
