Yeah, well like I say, this is the only thing in 36 years. I guess if you spread the cost out over those 36 years, it is really a bargain. The only way I can look at it.

regardless it sucks. I'm sorry you lost it... a monopod made you a professional and couldn't use it?.. jeez... I would have told them it was a cane.. ;) .. i've never lost anything (yet). Now my cousin has misplaced my gear :evil: :evil: .. but it doesn't happen anymore.. she hasn't put a finger on anything of mine since my memory card in her driveway fiasco... :cry: .. she doesn't even ask anymore..

Yes, I thought about that after the security guard told me I could not use it. I should have set the ballhead at an angle and used it as a cane. There probably would have been no issue. Oh well, hind sight.
