I'm probably getting an S2 or S3 and will be new to photography. I wanted to know how you change the lens in them. It is something that you would need a shop to do right? I just have seen the kind of digital cameras that you can change lenses by yourself (even use odler 35mm camera lenses) and didn't realize that the S2/S3 could change lenses. How does it work? Also, is there a reference site that explains the different types of lenses that are available for this camera and what they are used for? Thanks for any help.:)

It's called an adapter tube, available in 52mm or 58mm. You remove and adapter ring on the camera and it fits over the existing camera lens to which filters, polarizers, etc... can be screwed on. This site http://www.lensmateonline.com/ (external link) is very popular and make tight fitting adapters. Also some photos on there so you can see what it looks like.
