I can't seem to upload any video clips from my s30 - i've looked around for drivers or software or something that i don't know about to do this - it's so simple, but i can't do it... help

Remove the compact flash card from the camera and pop it into the reader. Then go to my computer and look for the flash card reader Icon, It might say somthing like Canon or driver G. Open that and you will see another folder DCIM open that and all of your movies and photos on the card will show up.
