B&H Returns - how long?

Those who have RMA experience with B&H, how long does it usually take from the returned item being delivered by UPS to them and having B&H process the return and ship out the new items for exchanges?

My tripod that came DOA (was broken upon opening the box) I sent and it should be delivered to their return department today. Was wondering if they are pretty quick about shipping the exchange item (if they ship it today, I'll be able to get it by friday) or if it takes them a few days.

They usually are pretty quick from my experience.

I've had great results with returning (sadly) things to B&H . Once they have it my credit is posted in 1-2 days. B&H has not let me down.

Same here, pretty fast response from BH. I think it took about a week and it was taken care of.

I sent back a defective lens on Monday. They received it on Wednesday (yesterday) and notified me that they received it and will process the exchange. Today, they've notified me of crediting my card for the first lens and charging me for the second lens. I expect them to ship it out within a day or two.

Can't complain about that!
