the name of the image is

which translates to

photo (Camera of injured photographer 15th floor, Palestine Hotel US military strikes against known media locations

doing a google search turns up the following, this is not plesant reading but gives the history of the image.

Oh dear. I find images like that quite disturbing... It's just all such unnecessary injury and death. I mourn for anyone killed like that.
