I like it in colour better, personally. It gives it a tropical type of feeling. Where'd you take this shot?

I like the B&W, color doesnt add too much anyway, but I have a liking to almost all B&W over color anyway.

The color improves the shot. It is just enough to accent the shot.

Thanks Ben...I always have trouble judging my own B&W's...so an an affectionado of B&W can you tell me,does this one cut it?...or just another conversion...??:confused:

Definitely BW. More impact, and the BW version tends to draw they eyes to the rock/island better. /Dan

Thanks forthe input CH...I really wasn't headed for B&W, but when messing with saturation I liked what I saw...

Ha ha..more shots than you would probably want to look at...There are quite a few if you look at threads I have started, but probably even more of the people who live there! Thanks Rmodys..I just got back form another trip there, so stay tuned...I've got a bunch to process!

BW for me Peachman, there's not too much color info and BW conversion works better IMHO.

I think the B&W has got it, the color in the color pic is so subtle anyway and I love the way the shadow in the foreground looks against the rest of the shot, very nice.

I think you need more tonality to pull off tht B&W shot, so my vote's with the colour version...
needs a touch more contrast and colour imo though.
