Yup, will work just fine. Might want to shop around the web though. There have been some good deals for 2 gig at about $40. I think Office Max had one recently. Don't know if it is still going on.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

all those deals sold out like a day after they were announced ( i know i tried in store and on line).

Ultra II memory will be fine for your camera.

Staples ran the UltraII 2GB CF for $39.99 OTD on BlackFriday and then again for the next week too (last week)!:D There is also the Google check out process running now at many online retailers including Buy.com, Ritz Camera etc. which gives you an additional $20.00 off $50.00 or more purchase!;)

B&H has the Sandisk Extreme III 2GB CF cards for $54.95. ($74.95 - $20.00 rebate). A decent price for a CF card with a 20MB/second transfer rate, versus the 9MB/second transfer rate of the Ultra II.

No. Maybe when copying from the card to your hard drive but not in the camera itself.

He picked up two "breasts" for use with his rebel? Just curious.

I have a 2g Ultra II for my 30D and a 1g Ultra II for an XT--works just fine.
