SD 600 for my wife this year.

I just received one of the gifts I'm giving my wife for Christmas.
The Canon 6MP SD600 is an incredible buy. I bought it from Newegg.com.

I recently bought a Rebel XTi for myself but sold our S2 IS to buy it. Now my wife needs something she can just point and shoot. Our problem has been low light shots with a P&S. Not any more. This SD 600 is fantastic in low light. It's probably as good as my XTi with a 50mm 1.8 is, in low light. The large 2.5" LCD is what she wants too. So far I think this was a better buy than my S2 IS was. It's definitely better than the S2 in low light.

If your looking for something under $200 that can do alot in a very tiny package check it out.

I also got the SD600 for my wife this year, I agree, great camera at a great price. She had the opportunity to use one that a friend at work had one day and loved it. She's been dropping hints for months now...maybe she thinks I don't listen? LOL
