I would think this would be simple....but......

When using ZoomBrowser to print pictures, how can you change the size of the printed picture?? For example, say I have an 8 1/2 x 11 paper in the printer, and I want to make the print on it say 5 x 7, or any size (within ratio constraints), how can I do that?

As far as I know you can only print one photo per page with ZoomBrowser. You have to use another photo print program to print images in smaller or larger sizes. Depending on your OS, if you have Windows XP you can do a preview then click on the printer icon and you'll get a Photo Printing Wizard where you can check the box by the thumbnail to select the images you want to print. Then select the size you want. It's not much but it allows you to print from wallet size up to full-page. Other than one per page, the only other way to print with ZoomBrowser is an index of images so you can view them in a thumbnail size along with or without the EXIF data. You can resize the prints that way by changing the number of columns and rows but it's not very good and resizing.

You can print more than one per page! For example, two 4x6 on a single 8x10 paper

You are correct. But as I said don't you have to go in through Index Print and change to number of rows and columns to resize the images? I haven't used it much for printing except at work and only about 8 or 10 times. They don't use images unless it's for a damaged product or need a product picture to show a client and I have different software at home. If there is an easier way I would like to know. Thanks.

Using Layout print you merely input the print size and paper size, no specification of number of rows and columns.

I don't know that it is suitable for the desired goal, and I am not really an advocate of Zoombrowser printing, as I usually send my images out for printing but have used the Layout Print on occassion.

Hey thanks for the info. Any little bit of help is appreciated. Like I said I don't use it very much at work and with the little bit that we use it (maybe twice in the last six months) I don't see them forking over cash for a better program when you can download this free from Canon.
