So that would mean there were about 6669 page views on my site at 800x600 for the month of October.
That's too many visits to compromise. I wish my 800x600 percentage were more like yours because I would REALLY like to bump up the resolution of my gallery pictures.

different markets I guess, I have Microsoft, Nintendo and Boeing in my neck of the woods. Thats a whole lot of page views. Where are you getting them from?

Industry standard is 800x600, It fits on most all screens with the exception of those who use a lower resolution because of eye sight or small monitors. I am a web designer and this is my professional opinion. The main thing to think about is, you want to get as much of your information on the screen at the same time to keep the viewer from having to scroll endlessly down the page.
