How I hate poorly lit Hockey Arenas...

For all the game costs me with 2 boys playing and both on a travel teams, you'd think the arena's would be better lit...............NOT!​!!

Anyway, here are a couple from our most recent outing...Both shot thru the glass.

Alan, that's the same crummy amatuer hockey venue lighting that I suffer with. 1/350 is OK for goalie shots as they don't move all that fast, but for shooting forwards you might do better at ISO3200 to get shutter faster than 1/500.

nice timing. #2 is a very pretty shot.

I've been reluctant to go to 3200ISO, but I guess it's time. I'll just deal with the noise in PP.
