THis just tells focal length of the lens I have windows xp, and I can right click on any picture file I've taken, and then click "properties" on the menu. Then click the "Summary" tab. Then if you don't see all the data, click the "advanced" button at the bottom, and it will give the exif data. it told me you used a EF24-105mm f/4L IS USM, is this correct? How does it know exactly what lens is being used? They will usually tell you both the exact lens that was used and the focal length. Another value is Subject Distance and info on the subject distance will depend on what lens is used. I remember readding somewhere ( maybe here) generally lenes with Ring Type USM motors for focusing will report back the subject distance. Greg
