A couple from today's Hockey and Football marathon!

Very mad busy day today (3 matches to cover), so just before I go for a well earned beer, thought I would share 2 photos from today. This was before conditions went downhill rapidly and I got blown on, rained on and the hailed on!!

Enjoyable day's shooting nonetheless and some good results.

Techy stuff - 1D, 300 2.8L, Football @ ISO400, Hockey @ ISO200.

Thanks Alex - and yes, have had that before - can only image the disappointment you guys on the other side of the pond feel when you see the "mouldy" ice on my hockey pics!!!

Thanks Marc - number 1 was one of those where I checked it via a quick chimp (yes, we all do it!!!) and spent the remaining hour I was there, praying that it was sharp etc! Has to be the one downside of the 1D mk1 - no zoom preview!!!

Just sorting some of the other pics out - so may pop some more up later.
