I'd like to thank all the little people, all the "Junior" Members--and most importantly--Canon for this prestigious (shared) award.

...and thanks also to all the polluters, litterers, and otherwise earth-hostile yahoos without whom this contest would not have been posssible. For you, my half-of-a-peace-sign-salute!!

OK, I promise to lighten up for here on... :-| :)

Here you go, I join in your salute.;)

(2) The "trash in nature" juxtaposition award is shared by Webby, prolific Permagrin, Zuckerzebra and Moppie.
However, Moppie is a "primus inter pares" here, for he has captured a fine message thru exceedingly simple means.

Thank you for participating.

I would like to thank the lazy stupid people who feel fit to pollute our environment. With out them I could not share this honour with my esteemed comrades.

And of course the Crazy Ducker Petkal for holding a competition in a Time Zone I can co-exist with. :p

On a more serious note, some very good photos in this thread, I especially liked Permagrin series, and Neils shots from India.
Looking forward to next slightly askew contest idea :)

So long and thanks for all the flash

Greatly encouraged by this unexpected win, I am now off out to create another pile of Sh*t and photographing it, you never know when it will come in handy, BTW can anyone tell me what time it is?.........
