I don't think there's an anti-fog eyecup that will fit the 350D.

Canon have various eyecup series. For digital, the 1 series use the large surround Ec series, the Digital Rebels (300D, 350D, and I think 400D) use a very small surround Ef series, and everything else uses the intermediate Eb series. There were even more series for film EOS cameras - the eye controlled focus models used Ed series and the APS EOS IX and IX Lite cameras used Ee series.

You should stick to viewfinder accessories from the same range as originally supplied with your camera. You definitely won't get an Ec series eyecup on a camera that's designed for Eb or Ef series bits; the surround is way too big to fit and the eye relief might be wrong also. You might be able to put an Ef accessories on an Eb camera, and an Ef or Eb accessory on an Ec camera, but even if it fits (as I think it will in all these cases; all use these cameras use E series dioptric lenses with a separate Ec, Eb or Ef rubber frame, and the lens part is what mounts to the camera), it's not recommended.

Hunting around on the net, the anti-fog eyecups do seem to work, but they're also rather fragile. Maybe that's why Canon seemingly haven't bothered with an Eb or Ef series anti-fog eyecup.

According to EOS magazine the Ec anti fog fits.

See here (external link)

Very true, though I fear that the compatibility list on which that information is based may be out of date. When you click through to the anti-fog eyecup Ec's page, it simply mentions the incompatibility with those eye-controlled film bodies that need an Ed eyecup, and not any digital incompatibilities.

Eyecup Eb is not the original eyecup for a 350D even if it fits; that's a definite mistake on that page you linked to. Eyecup Ef is the original eyecup for the 350D.

I'm pessimistic that any Ec accessories will fit on a 350D, but you could try it out, I suppose, especially if you're prepared to send it back under the Distance Selling Directive (or, even better, can get to a shop that has it in stock).

Up to you Graham. Why not call either Canon or Mifsuds and see what they say
