Hello! i'm looking for my first tripod. I don't care about the brand or model, i hope i could hear some advises from you. I don't want a pro tripod, just a regualr one.

Thanks

There really aren't 'pro' tripods and 'regular' tripods. There are good stable ones, there are light ones and there are cheap ones. Which two of these characteristics would you like? That is what determines the price. You can have any two, but you can't get all three.

Good working tripods and heads do not come cheap. Top end gear is very light for what it will hold and rock solid - and expensive.

Most people looking for their first tripod really are unsure of what they want. My favorite three links:

Tripods and Ball Heads by Thom Hogan (external link)
Tripods & Heads (external link)
Charlie Kim Tripod Teechnique (external link)

In order to avoid wasting your money by not understanding what you need, I'd suggest you read these links and then give some thought to the characteristics you would like. Otherwise, you won't really know what you are buying or why.
