Is this really what you looked like at the start of POTN?

Whoa!!! I just clicked the link here at work and I get this HUGE warning message that I have requested access to an inappropriate site and my access has been denied…

Yikes, probably got put on some perv-at-work list or something nastey.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

It's just archive.org, "The Internet Archive". A lot of workplaces block that because it's a huge repository of downloadable files of all types.

And, to the OP, yep. That was POTN!

My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.

WOW I didn't now that it would do that to you. Hope it didn't or will not cause you any problems at work.

Yea, that’s what i figured, I was going to check it out when I get home, but it always is un-nerving when the corporate eyes flash a little "your a perv" message all over you screen. I feel as if security is going to rush up here right away and drag my a** of to corporate jail. But wait, I know the security guy. He’s about 102 and is lucky if he makes it from the parking lot into his chair. I don’t think he is going to chase anyone down. Wait… maybe they’ll send that big, real big, girl after me, the one who reads all the gun magazines and Soldiers of Fortune mags all day. Hmmm… she’s scary.

I just found it as I was doing a seach on google. So I put POTN in. I wanted to see what it looked like at the start of POTN.

How times change us all.

Search around here for "wayback machine" or something like that. The archives links have been posted here several times lately. I posted one a few months ago that included a link on Archive.org's site with a whole clickable timeline kind of format. It is fun to see the changes, especially for those of us who have been around long enough to remember so much of it. :D

Yeah thats the list I seen from archive.org. I just posted the first in the list.
I just thought that it was cool to see what it looked like in 2001.

But the topics could have been right out of todays forum. I saw the obligatory I'm new post, a argument about RAW, washed out skies, the dread ERR80. Hmmm... maybe it's time for a little archeology. Never know what one might learn.
