Ok, heres a look at the business from the other side. I was married 2 years ago and finally got around to ordering my enlargements a few weeks ago (I know, I know, I'm slow!)
Anyways the prints arrive in the mail today (photographer is from out of town) and I open it up excitedly only to find that most of the photos have something wrong with them. Like spots (prehaps from not dusting the negs before printing from them), and yes I did check the original proofs I have to make sure I didn't just miss them pn the proofs, but these are 'new' spots, and one even has a scratch/hair mark on it.
Now here is the kicker, the 11x14 enlargement I got has three very noticable red markings on it (I'm assuming from some kind of exposure of the paper before or during printing). And she even signed her name OVER one of these large red markings!! and then she had the balls to send it to me and try to pass it off as good quality?!?
I would be embarrased to even try to pawn that off to one of my clients and would certainly reprint it in the first place!
So I wrote her an email.....I tried to sound as pleasant as possible while still getting my point across that I was unhappy and that she made a very unproffesional move not to at least reprint the one with BIG RED marks! lol.
Anyways, just wondering on what everyones take is on this? I asked her to get back to me on how she suggests we fix this. Ultimately I want new pics or my money back.
What do you think she should do to fix this? (being fair to both parties)
Just want to make sure that I'm getting the service I deserve from her. Thanks everyone!

She also didn't like the fact that thanks to Canon's sequential numbering, I knew that she took nearly 500 pics in our 90 minute engagement session, and only 500 in the 5 hours that she was at the wedding.
