I don't have any pictures here at work that will show off how bad my sensor was, but keep this in mind, my DRebel is my only digital camera, I've had it for 3 years, and 95% of my shooting is with primes. I change lenses more often in a day than most people do in a month. I do not shut my camera off when changing lenses.
I've lived with the dust for a long time because I'm almost never shooting slower than f/4 so it doesn't really show up.
Well, last night I had to set up my little "product" table cause I'm going to sell one of my lenses on EBay and knowing I was going to be shooting at f/11 or so, I decided to clean my sensor for the first time.
This is the result (shot at f/45 with my Sigma 105 EX DG) ... not too shabby for nothing but a few squeezes of a Rocket Blower if you ask me:
