Well, my 4 week old Sekonic L208 bit the bullet for reasons unknown to me. She worked fine the dozen or so times I used her, pulled her out of the bag this Saturday afternoon to get some shots of my son, hit the button ... nothing. Told my wife to get up off her arse and go buy me a new battery (in not quite those words exactly) ... she did, it still didn't work.
Drove down to B&H on Sunday. I still had the original box and all the original packaging, but I couldn't find the receipt (I have this problem a lot). No worries. I was in and out in 5 minutes with a new L208. I love that store.
