I got my camera and grip used, no manual for the grip...

On the grip itself, there is an "on/off" switch....is leaving the grip on "on" setting a no-no?

Not a big deal, just curious if someone knew...as turning 2 "on" switches to turn my camera on is getting a little annoying. I have been turning both off just to be on the safe side...

thanks!

EDIT: lol, I just gave myself motivation to check up on the switch by posting this ?....and came to realize it's not a power switch for the camera but a switch to turn the grip buttons on or off.....still....can i just leave it switched to "on" all the time without draining battery?

thanks again :D

If you turn it to Off, grip controls will not work, that's all.
I leave mine in On position all the time.
