my family candid portraits

Thought I would share some pictures that make me smile when i see them. I haven't done much post processing on these. just adjusted levels, curves or ran them through the 'one stop fix' facility in paint shop pro.

I borrowed my friends 17-40mm L lense for the first two photos. no flash was used, i turned the ISO level up to ISO1600 and set the WB to Tungsen. for candid shots and a first use of the lense, I am really happy with them.

the picture of my dad was taken with the lense from my old EOS300. it might not be perfect composition, but when we had to hide behind that wall because of the wind and sea spray, I don't think its too bad!

They really look better at full size. The first one is a bit soft for my taste. The other two are better.
