OK, it's 9:06 p.m. here and no UPS yet.

Any nuclear engineers, physicists or material technologists in the audience ?
For them I shall say that I have just transitioned into a nucleate boiling state.........localised overheating and cracking appears imminent now.

A few more hours isn't going to kill you! ;-)a

Does it still show "out for delivery?"

SCRAM THE PILE!!

Sorry Puddle, that's not even the way submariners say it, but the "scram" part alone is fairly good, so is the "pile" but in an early R&D context.

yes. yes I do. ;) ;) .. unless ofcourse you make me mad and then all bets are off.. but, it's dang near impossible to actually make me mad.. I have no temper to speak of.. I should though.. I come from Irish and Portuguesse stock.. My sister says that it means I have a 'weak' personality.. .. but, she gets mad at everything so she's not a fair judge.. I just can't work up any real anger for street lights..

I've been through that drill more times than I care to remember. UPS tends to come here late in the day, and sometimes it's very late. The day I stayed home to wait for my Super 10D (1DsMk2). Around 9:30, the tracking info on their website changed from "out For Delivery" to something to the effect that the package was missing and would be delivered the next day. The next morning, we were at the UPS terminal, and we waited for them while they went and found it for me.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

Really? Oh well, I never was meant to spend time in an underwater tube. Watched "Das Boot" too many times. I'm a surface sailor all the way.

Yeah, I remember that.
I think that's the way I'll end up having to proceed. I just don't see us getting stuck again at home all day tomorrow....waiting.

Be calm Peter...eat some ice cream or something....it'll get there. If not, go to UPS tomorrow like Belmondo suggested. (and when they mess up my delivery on Sat. you can say the same thing) ;)
