I like the shot but it needs some pp to lighten up a bit of the foreground. I like the composition, but it's too dark.

There seems to be a lot going on in this photo and my eyes don't know where to rest. Was your main focus the clouds, the lamp post, etc? I'm just not feeling it, but that's just me. Maybe someone else may see something I'm not. ;)

Welcome to PotN

It's a very interesting shot. Where is that light in the cloud coming from? Is it lightning?

The framing in the shot is nice, but I'm undecided as to whether a silhouette is the right idea here...
Also, you should try and straighten that pole in Photoshop (it's not difficult)

I also agree with Cindi re the focal point.
