I've been considering using something like Pictage so I don't have to deal with orders at all. Going to and from the lab takes time, and I seem to have less and less of that.

But, like many companies, it's based out of the USA and likely initially set up for USA customers. But how has it worked for people in other countries? Canada in particular? Do the clients have to pay for prints in US funds and take a hit with the LOUSY visa/mc exchange rates? IS the shipping time reasonable for cross border shipments? Are you or your clients hit with duties and extra taxes or brokerage fees for prints, albums, or anything else coming from them?

I just want to know before I decide to put a good buck away each month for their service.

thanks!
