Can anyone point me to a home-made flash diffuser guide? Or translate from French?

I found this great guide on how to make your own macro flash-diffuser, and it looks really cool with good results. But it's in French, so unfortunately I don't understand a damn. Could you please point me in the right direction for a good guide on how to make your own diffuser, or translate the main points of this one?
