Well, it seems out of focus to me. I like the attempt, but she looks bored also. Try again...

Not bad but I think a flashy smile would've worked good here. The BG also seems to have too many folds and wrinkles and is a bit distracting. The image does appear a bit soft but I'm thinking that may be due to file compression.

not too shabby! she does appear to be unhappy or bored in the pic, and the softness is an issue (but as mentioned, it is probably due to the downsizing/save for web).

nice composition and the BKG is fine with me. nice attempt! I like the casual pose

keep it up!

He still has one more move.

She needed to be about six feet from the background so the shadows from the main and fill won't show up on the background, or you could Photoshop them out. The image is flat lit also. Beautiful young lady. Nice 45 degree turn of her body.

What would have helped this image was #1 a tilt of her head to our left (her right) would have helped. It's too static now and tilting would have given more of an S-Curve composition. I like her expression and a tilt would have made her expression fit.
(#2 She is wearing low-key clothing on a high-key background. A darker background would have helped a lot. Her left hand is posed very well but her right hand is just dangling with nothing to do.
#3 It lacks enough light on her legs and boots. Till I looked at it in Photoshop, I never saw she was wearing fish-net stockings.
Overall a nice image that could have been much better.
