Not something you'd notice, but there have been a few cases where the door wasn't closing properly and that messed up the camera's operation. Likewise with the battery door.

I need to get me one of those Epson image viewers.

I'll simply state what I have:
Sandisk Extreme III 2gb CF (x2)
Sandisk Extreme III 1gb CF (x2)
Kingston Ultimate 2gb SD (x2)

Total: 10gb

That seems to be enough for now.

ive "only" got 2 crucial memory 1gb cards.

Raw files on the 1d fill them up pretty quick : /
