It isn't taking my CS2 serial number for a CS3 beta serial number - do you think these are only available to non-academic licenses?

It's looking that way - quite a few people are having this problem.

My feeling is that they should just make the beta available to all and expire it in 07.

Make sure you enter the CS2 Serial Number on the Adobe Web Page where you log into the download. It will then give you another serial number to input into CS3....I hope this helps...
