I was sitting in the office listening to the UEFA Champions League draw being made. As I travel to all Celtic home games and a few awya games. I had aerlingus website opened ready for the draw. When the draw was made I entered Milan as the destination as Celtic drew AC Milan.

Dublin to milan flying out on tuesday 6th March flying home Thursday 8th March price before tax 60 Euro per person. I had every thing entered except I needed to see if the girlfriend could get of work phoned and ask she said yes straight away (Probably more interested in shopping than football)

So I entered our details to get hit with a page refresh and the prices gone up to 510 Euros Per person and all dates around this within a week were the same yet before and after the date the price was still 60 Euros. How can the airline companies get away with this. I am so mad because for a change I was on the website the draw was made and not leaving it a day or two.

Anyone else experiance anything like this?

Anyone got a private jet wants to take us out there? LOL Wishful thinking

Supply and demand drives the price.

Yeah I suppose.

The same happened when I tried going to Copenhagen this year. Then we thought of flying into malmo but by the time the flights had gone up.

Go on a Cheaper day

They have raised the price for a full week so it would mean a 9 Day trip. I go to home and away matches so time of work would be a problem. I wish I could though.
