Toronto is only the center of its own universe. Noted the total lack of snow in TO. Was the army there again to clean the streets? Or is that the Provincial Politicians again? Note that Ottawa has very little snow at this time too, Parliment is in session. Keep the good weather going, I'll be in Niagara, Mississauga and Barrie next week!
